 Diamond Envelope Corporation was founded on July 2, 1984. We are currently celebrating our 24th successful year in business. Growth at Diamond has been constant over the 24 years and we are proud to operate in our third plant, now over 100,000 square feet. As a direct mail and full service envelope manufacturer, we facilitate customers throughout the United States. Alan Jania started Diamond Envelope in 1984 with only two converting machines and the idea to help clients with their envelope needs. Prior to Diamond, Alan had worked for two envelope companies forming strong relationships and gaining industry knowledge. Diamond grew by adding high-speed die cut machines to enhance the capabilities and increase capacity at the same time. Our first web was added in 1998. At the end of 2007 Diamond was proud to possess 4 web converting machines from 1-6 color printing capability as well as 6 high-speed die cut machines.

From inception, the idea to use experience and knowledge to outperform the competition was a mission. Today, Diamond Envelope has one of the most experienced and knowledgeable sales and customer service staffs in our industry. In a day and age where many employees change jobs regularly, Diamond Envelope has a staff averaging almost 10 years per person and youth is prevalent.

 The plant at Diamond also has highly-trained professionals with many years of service and all personnel are trained on multiple presses to promote employee value. Sales personnel are all trained thoroughly and can handle all requests in servicing your account through pricing, delivery, quality concerns and questions of how to design and develop your next envelope project. We are willing to offer new ideas working in direct mail and solutions in statement fulfillment to benefit you and your clients. Our flexibility and ability to work with our customers is what separates Diamond from our competition.
