Printing Capabilities:

Diamond Envelope uses enhanced flexo on all our flexo printing. For any outside print, we offer a range of 1 to 6 color processing. All of our equipment offers an inside security print unit as well. Please call or request a quote if you need 2 color inside printing as we do have a work-and-turn print unit.

Latex & Gum Capabilities:

Diamond Envelope has multiple machines equipped for latex, peel & seal, and drop gum bar applications.

Windows & Cutting Capabilities:

We offer over one thousand cutting dies available to meet customers needs, and with capabilities to manufacture multiple windows on face, back, and seal flap. Diamond Envelope is extremely efficient at manufacturing welded seam envelopes that are machine insertable. These can include a false bottom, if required. We also offer custom inline embossing patterns and capabilities.
